All orders that paid by 2/4 now have tracking posted! You can track orders on USPS's website. Please be aware that all orders come from China so it will state that "USPS has not received package yet". This just means it is traveling through customs and is normal.

Sometimes tracking doesn't update to show that USPS has received the item. Instead it just shows up randomly and updates as delivered in some cases. Please don't submit tickets asking why we haven't shipped your order if this is what your tracking displays on USPS. Once an order has tracking, the package is out of our hands and there is nothing else we can do. Contact USPS if you have issues.

If your tracking is stuck on a status for more than 3 weeks with no other updates then submit a ticket through our Contact page. Make sure to read all instructions on the Contact page so you can see our replies. The email function does NOT work! We aren't ignoring you!

We will happily reprint if the order is lost/seized in transit :)

Express IDs

If you need an order in under a week then express option is the only way to go! We now offer the fastest turnaround of any vendor on the internet with this option!

$350 per person 3-5 day turnaround (+$80 for duplicate if needed)

There are no discounts for Express IDs unless you have a group of 10 or more!

You have the option to input a custom Driver's License # for express IDs. Make sure you submit the correct format in your ticket. We are not liable for IDs that don't scan because you supplied a faulty DL # format.

Turnaround time begins once payment is noted as received.

Put "EXPRESS ID INQUIRY" for your ticket's subject so we can get you taken care of in a timely manner. Make sure to follow all instructions on the Contact Page in order to check back for your replies!

Let us know how many people per state and how fast you need them.

From there we will supply you with a BTC address and total to pay us along with instructions on how to place the order. Once payment is received we will get to work on it ASAP.

NOTE: Do NOT reach out asking us to express produce an order because you've been waiting longer than usual. These requests will be ignored/deleted. This is a separate option we are offering for those that need IDs in under a week. Keep in mind that weekends do NOT count toward express ID production times!
