Been a little behind with tracking updates this past month. We had a delay with our shipping agent supplying us tracking #'s but we just posted up 8 batches today. Go to your My Orders page and check your order status to see if your tracking is posted.

We've been pretty slow with our turnaround since late June but we're finally getting turnaround times back down again. We had a bug in our system where orders were excluded from batches for awhile and it exacerbated the issue because people who ordered earlier were getting produced after ones that came in later. This issue was fixed a few weeks ago and it seems like all orders are being made in chronological order excluding orders that supplied us with bad photos. If your order status says "Bad Photo Contact Support" then please Contact Us Here!
