Before you send in a ticket...

Make sure you have your order number - without it we can't do anything

How to Submit a Ticket

  1. Click “Submit a Ticket”
  2. Enter your name, Account Email, Ticket Subject & your message.
  3. Retain your Ticket’s Tracking ID!

Note: You cant check replies if you don't have your Ticket's Tracking ID!

How to Check For Replies to your Ticket

  1. Click “View Existing ticket”
  2. Enter your Ticket’s Tracking ID
  3. Click your ticket to view the reply



The statuses on your account are explained in the FAQ. Please look there before submitting a ticket :)

Didn’t receive all your IDs?
Teslin and PVC IDs are not made on the same schedule or in the same location. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for Teslin 1 IDs to be delivered.

If your order is missing pictures, try to edit your order on your account page before paying. If you already paid send a ticket in with your order number and names of those missing photos - we will send you further instructions.

WU orders have an extra 25% fee

Cash App & PayPal have an extra 20% fee

Sent your payment and not showing as paid?
It can take 24-48 hours for your payment to process (up to 72 hours for WU). Past that time period? Send in your order number & bitcoin hash 160 for bitcoin orders, or your order number & MTCN for WU/MG orders.

If you have errors on a unpaid order, do not pay for it and edit the things you entered wrong! *Shipping addresses can be changed in the early stages of an order before downloaded/in progress/RTPcompleted status. Have your shipping address ready to go before you ask please
