Shipping takes a bit longer with our current courier so please be patient with the updates. We can't speed up anything once its out of our hands and we see the same updates you see so unless its lost or mis-delivered, there's nothing we can do.

Over the last few weeks we have been handling reprint requests for any orders that did not make it. If you believe your order falls into this category then please reach out to us by submitting a ticket! We are here to help, do not wait weeks-months to reach out to us. If your order hasn't updated on tracking in weeks then it may have been lost or seized. If that's the case we will gladly reprint your order!

Stripe Payments

We are aware that BTC is the only payment option for now. We are working on bringing back Stripe in the next 1-2 weeks. We know we may have told some of you we expected it to be this week but other things came up that prevented that from happening.

If you can't wait for Stripe to return then we implore you to get familiar with BTC. We have many guides on our site that walk you through the process. Cashapp is the easiest/fastest way to obtain and send BTC and it saves money on fees associated with Stripe!
