Please use 17track.net to track your orders as we have switched over to China Post for shipping. Shipping does tend to take a bit longer but due to the recent tariff situation, we had to go with this option. Production times are faster now so orders are taking about 4 weeks on average again.

While this is much lower then what it used to be these past couple months, we are not planning on keeping this trend going. We are in the process of some very major updates that should be going live sometime this or next month. This will include a fresh lineup of states/provinces, much improved turnaround times and discounts/promos to follow!

If your order hasn't updated on tracking in over a month then please submit a ticket through our Contact page! Make sure to keep your ticket's tracking ID! Include your order number in your original ticket so we can handle your request ASAP!
