Hey Fam!

We know its been awhile since our last update. Things were flowing smoothly up until Trump's recent tariff hikes on China. As most of you know, this is where we manufacture so shipping has been delayed due to that. We're in the process of updating our shipping methods but we deal with a lot of volume so we're expecting about 2-3 weeks of delays on top of our typical 4 week turnaround. Hopefully orders coming in now aren't effected by these delays but we can't guarantee it with the way things have been.

We shipped out a batch a couple days ago with this new method so we're just making sure all goes well before we ship out the rest of the orders we've printed.

If your order was shipped out a month or so ago but has yet to arrive, please reach out and submit a ticket on our Contact page! Some orders have been bouncing around from facility to facility and its probably due to tariffs being implemented before they got to you. In this case we're going to reprint those orders, you just need to get in contact with us so we know who needs reprints! We will provide further instruction over ticket. Make sure to follow instructions on the Contact page to check back for our replies. We reply to all tickets so please don't think you're being ignored!
