Chinese New Year is upon us! We won't be shipping orders from 1/28-2/5. Expect about a week delay to our typical turnaround times. We are back to normal once production resumes on 2/5.

We have shipped out all orders that were paid by 1/13. Anything that has come in after will be produced/shipped when our team returns to work! Turnaround times are back to the normal 3-4 weeks we advertise!

STRIPE PAYMENTS RE-OPENED

We just re-opened Stripe payments! We can now accept Credit/debit card, Cashapp, ACH or Apple Pay now through Stripe!

If you already submitted an order and need to change your payment type, you can do so now.  Simply login to your account, go to your My Orders page and select 'View/Edit" for the order you want to change payment. Scroll down and you'll see a drop down menu that displays the available payment options.

Note: If your order status shows as "Payment Failed". Simply submit a ticket via our Contact Page!  Include your order # and a picture of your payments receipt. Once received we will forward that to our processor to get corrected!

Make sure to follow all instructions on the Contact page to receive our replies. The email function does NOT work. If you forget your Ticket's Tracking ID, simply make a new ticket and keep a note that.

Express Option Available

If you need an ID fast then our express option is the way to go! Most orders are received in about 3-4 days from when payment is received! We've been pumping out express orders daily since introducing this option! This is the perfect option for someone that needs an ID in hand ASAP.

$350 per person 3-5 day turnaround (+$80 for duplicate)

There are no discounts for Express IDs!

You have the option to input a custom Driver's License # for express IDs. Make sure you submit the correct format in your ticket. We are not liable for IDs that don't scan because you supplied a faulty DL # format.

Turnaround time begins once payment is noted as received.

Put "EXPRESS ID INQUIRY" for your ticket's subject so we can get you taken care of in a timely manner. Make sure to follow all instructions on the Contact Page in order to check back for your replies!

Let us know how many people per state and how fast you need them.

From there we will supply you with a BTC address and total to pay us along with instructions on how to place the order. Once payment is received we will get to work on it ASAP.

NOTE: Do NOT reach out asking us to express produce an order because you've been waiting longer than usual. These requests will be ignored/deleted. This is a separate option we are offering for those that need IDs in under a week. Keep in mind that weekends do NOT count toward express ID production times!
